The Service may include:

• Custom radius or geographic boundary analysis
• Downloadable reports and visualizations

The Service is intended for informational and analytical purposes only.

2. Accounts

Users must create an account to access the Service.

You agree to:

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Users acknowledge that demographic and geographic analytics may contain inaccuracies, modeling assumptions, or incomplete datasets.

CurisData should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, financial, real estate, investment, or site-selection decisions.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

CurisData does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data used in the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, analytics models, and report formats are the intellectual property of CurisData.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurisData shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses resulting from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
